This page explains how orders are placed with HUR Ventures LLC ("HUR Ventures," "we," "us," or "our") and how payment is handled. It applies to wholesale orders and to purchases made through our retail and e-commerce channels.

All prices and payments are handled in United States Dollars (USD).

For wholesale and brand-partnership orders, the process follows clear, documented steps:

• Register a wholesale account or reach out through our Contact page.
• We verify the business account. Wholesale pricing is released only to approved business buyers.
• Browse the catalog and submit a quote request for the products and quantities you need.
• We confirm availability and agree pricing, terms, and any applicable minimums.
• You issue a purchase order, and we confirm the order and issue an invoice for payment.

No order is binding until we have confirmed it in writing, and no payment is taken through this website.

HUR Ventures LLC operates on a business-to-business basis. Orders are confirmed by invoice and settled through business banking channels.

Bank transfer, ACH & wire

Wholesale and business orders are invoiced and paid by bank transfer, ACH, or wire in U.S. Dollars, according to the payment terms agreed for each order.

Card payments

We do not currently accept credit or debit card payments, and no card payment is taken through this website. If card acceptance is added in future, it will be processed by a third-party payment processor and this page will be updated before any card payment is accepted.

All transactions are conducted in U.S. Dollars (USD). Wholesale orders are supported by an invoice that sets out the products, quantities, pricing, applicable taxes or fees, and payment terms for that order.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due as stated on the invoice, and orders are prepared for fulfillment once payment (or agreed payment terms) has been confirmed.

Our website is served over HTTPS. No payment is collected through this website: catalog visitors submit a quote request, and payment is arranged separately by invoice through business banking channels.

HUR Ventures does not collect, process, or store payment card numbers. We take reasonable measures to protect the business and order information we do handle, as described in our Privacy Policy.

After an order is confirmed and payment (or agreed terms) is in place, the order is prepared and shipped in line with our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled under our Refund & Return Policy and Cancellation Policy.
