Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how orders placed with HUR Ventures LLC ("HUR Ventures," "we," "us," or "our") may be cancelled. We aim to be flexible before an order ships and clear about what happens afterward.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

• Email us at info@hurventures.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request."
• Include your order number and the name on the order so we can locate it quickly.

If your cancellation request reaches us before the order has been processed or handed to the carrier, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Because orders are often processed quickly, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will reach us in time. We will always confirm by email whether the cancellation was successful.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer want the item, you may return it in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy once it arrives, subject to the eligibility and any restocking terms described there.

We may cancel all or part of an order and issue a refund in certain circumstances, including where an item is out of stock, where there has been a pricing or listing error, where we are unable to ship to the destination, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or a violation of our terms.

If we cancel an order, we will notify you and refund any amount already paid for the cancelled items.

Refunds for cancelled orders are issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to be processed on our side; your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
